Day of Rest
Today, folks, I got my much needed day of rest!! After attending Applause Talent Competition with the kids from the Top Studio, Make Your Move, I was looking forward to spending some time on the couch today. So… you guessed it… I did.
I had a great early workout at the Opelika Sportsplex this morning. I burned about 450 calories and did some really tough strength training combined...
